i hate summer but im so excited for summer

i’ve been having a constant headache for a while now. it comes in and out but its been like this for about a week. i’m very concerned..i feel dizzy, confused, i smell a bloody irony smell in my sinuses.. what could be the cause of this?😿

i’m kind to everybody but myself. today i took care of myself more than usual! it felt great. but im back to fighting with my mind again. does it ever get easier?

sometimes i get flashbacks and vivid memories of past traumatic experiences i dealt with and it makes me feel weak snd silly at times. like my body and mind is freaking out over something that happened long ago but i can’t help it
