It's sweet how Venti (most likely) delivered Durin's letter In Durin's character teaser, he worries that his letter for his mother can't reach her since she is deceased. Lisa reassures him that in Mondstadt, they believe their loved ones aren't truly gone, and that if he believes, his letter can reach her. When he does this and drops it in a mailbox, we see the letter glow and disappear, seemingly in response to his wish. I imagine many people saw that and believed Venti had something to do with it, and I think that makes the most sense. In Genshin, gods (or at least the archons) have the ability to hear their people's wishes from afar, and Durin is a citizen of Mondstadt. We also know that Venti can reach and communicate with the souls of the dead (Stanley). On top of that, with Venti's connection to Istaroth, it's entirely possible that he could send it back through time, in case he couldn't reach Andersdotter in the present. More than anything though, Venti's love for his people is what makes me believe he'd want to do something like that.
