That's Ronald “Doc” Satchel. He was a teen when he joined.
He stood 5'6', 120 lbs, and was the Minister of Health of the Chicago Chapter of the Illinois Black Panther Party.
He was also wounded by CPD's gunfire when they committed the raid on Chairman Fred Hampton's apartment.

Despite owning no firearms, Briana Boston has been jailed and charged with “threats to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism.” Her bond was set at $100,000.
