@johncutlefish 'blast radius' which loosely refers to the impact on customers and client ability to achieve their goal. Wider impact has a bigger effect on levels of service the widest being total loss of service. Allows the team to consider this when building, hopefully encourages decoupling

@boyney123 We've put 3 of the team into epicreact.dev had great reviews. discord (might be slack) community I think where Kent responds Community learning after the course and building is a strong model. Especially if it's around a specific domain

@NatWest_Help just found two wheelchair users stuck outside NatWest in Peterborough locked out because staff didn't unlock the accessible entry. I asked in bank and was told they were too busy. Please remind your staff to unlock these doors at the same time!!!! #accessible
