But close to
1. There's no where in Ilorin where you'll need 10k to move around. Even the longest route with bolt and Uber won't charge you 10k unless in odd hours.
2. You can't take a random keke inside the campus.
Possible scenarios
1. She's a new person and was taken advantage of

My cousin paid 10k to get to school campus from Taiwo in ilorin. 10k TO KEKE TO TAKE HER INTO SCHOOL PREMISES BECAUSE THERE IS NO WORKING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM!!!!!!
