At Worlds 2019 Naoto Mizobuchi got 17th place in swiss with a x-2 record and played an extra match to advance to the proper top cut and then ended up winning the entire event. This is insanely unfair to Yuto and the rules need to change asap.

No one should be missing cut at 11-2, they even just congratulated Yuto for making cut on stream, and then he goes to find out he's not in cut? It's a great injustice. I feel so sorry for Yuto. He went undefeated today and it all was for nothing.
