12 May 1944 | 39 Sinti and Roma children (20 boys and 19 girls) arrived at #Auschwitz from St. Josefspflege children's home in Mulfingen where a "racial researcher" Eva Justin abused them as test subjects for her doctoral thesis. Four of them survived.
