@MUFC_Hussain @DeptfordWife1 @christiancalgie You’re interpreting a rhetorical generalisation with unnecessary literalism mate. Think about the context of that original message
English

@basedandbougie You’re selling a wrong narrative. It’s a deal that benefits British businesses. Nigeria will pay back with interest and British companies will execute the contracts.
English

🚨BREAKING! The 🇬🇧UK plans to lend £746 Million to 🇳🇬Nigeria to help them refurbish their Ports.
The consistent aid given to African is getting out of hand! Africa has received more “aid” in the last century than Britain did after the Blitz.
The UK received $3.7billion in aid from the US and this was after a BRUTAL WORLD WAR and they used that money wisely to rebuild the UK into the state we see today.
Not only that, most of the African politicians are living better than European politicians in 20 bedroom mansions whilst the general Africa public live in poverty …. Where is this aid going ???

@SusheelArya @DeptfordWife1 @christiancalgie Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Glad you’re enjoying your space my friend

@basedbutuseful @DeptfordWife1 @christiancalgie I love Watford. 15 minutes fast train to Euston, tube and overground too. No London premium (yet). Still gives you town vibes and some areas have village vibe too.

@gamahipe @escapefrommelos Pretty sure he’s been open about taking TRT for many years now
English

@escapefrommelos Crazy ... and sad.
Not about the facts as such. But both were (from my point of view) going in the right direction and inspiring people.
Those acknowledgements take too much away from the message.

@metabolic_print 5 reps, 3 sets, 3 minute rest between sets. 3x a week. Purely compound movements. Squat, deadlift, bench, military press, rows,
Warm up with push ups & pull ups.
Stair stepper couple times a week
(Not all on one day of course)
English

I thought the 2 sets to failure thing was just a meme
but honestly i'm never going back

Metabolic Blueprint ⚡@metabolic_print
A lot of people are training hard while recovery, sleep energy and life suffer heavily. You can keep performing for a while like that, but you are digging a deeper hole. Sometimes, cutting back can be the most pro-metabolic move you can make. Article linked in first reply.
English

@DeptfordWife1 @christiancalgie We pay a premium to live in London. We pay a premium to live in London cause everyone wants to live in London. Everyone wants to live in London cause of things like the ability to get around quick. When you pay a premium for such a thing, and it’s now 20 mins. Thats bollocks
English

@christiancalgie Be careful, you’re going to get swarmed by angry non Londoners complaining that their village doesn’t have a comprehensive metro system
English

@AFC_Law @Wanalyst007 Mikel likes versatility. Unless Gyok & Kai both leave we’d be after a profile to replicate Jesus, who is set to leave. Signing another brute makes no sense when we already lack creativity and have two of them in the side.
English

mikel does not have a false 9 desire AT ALL, its quite literally the opposite, he wants a physically dominant 9 similar to haaland and potentially what sesko could have become.
look at the CF we have been linked with since auba left.
1st was dusan vlahovic then haaland (very breifly lol), osimehn, isak, then sesko and finally gyokeres.
the reason he wants a physical CF is becuase of the EPL, the way defenders defend and the way refereses refere the game means that small build CF do not do well in this league UNLESS they are being used for counter attacking.
as i said earlier in epl small CF will simply just be held and wont be able to do much and the referee will not call a foul for it, the referee are shit so the transfer have to counter their shit ability at refereeing.
If we have a strong and tall CF like havertz (but actually strong unlike havertz) then when we cross the ball to them in the box they can not be held down rather they can fight and win those arial duels and potenailly score. YOU 1 MAJOR thing fans dont understand about arsenal is that we wont use a tactic if the player profile is not their to use it.
we dont cross into the box like 20 times in a match becuase we dont have a tall arial dueling CF to battle for the balls. havertz is tall but has lost most of his muscle, gyokers is very strong but has average height and also can not even jump that well to duel for arials.
THIS IS WHY WE WANTED SESKO, if you remember that U shape thing we put teams in, well if you have sesko in that shape then we could actually be crossing to him.
English

@AFC_Law @Wanalyst007 It’s all well and good saying this but you need to stop and think about how Mikel would mould these players in the team. Alvarez fits Mikels false 9 desires more than Esposito the brute would.
English

easily option 2.
here the reality in EPL the CB will simply hold alverez and the ref will do nothing, WE KNOW HOW EPL REFS behave.
now you might say alverez already played CF in EPL and NO HE DID NOT, he played as a SS / CAM while haaland played the CF like 99% of the time.
Pio esposito has the physical dominance that we need in CF. you would think gyokeres has it but the reality is he does not have enough of it and is also to slow in the start of his run.
English

Good relentless carrier and shooter but there was like barely 1 dribble in this comp. I swear his dribbling bag is overrated
.@opcompss
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia vs Chelsea 28 minutes played.
English

@___Nans Rice plays there, so? Secondly he’s literally a kid that’s never played there for us. He’s protecting him more than anything. It’s arguably the most important & pressured role & you want a kid who’s never played there to play it every game during a t the time a quad charge?
English

@TMtalksball We already have raw pace w/ Martinelli. What we need on the LW is a player who can shoot & score consistently from outside the box given the low blocks. But also have good ball retention and ability to actually link up with Calafiori. Kvara is that
English

#AFC | We need some real raw pace in our frontline guys. Without it we’ll continue to be less effective in the biggest of games.
Guys who are quick beyond 5 yards. Yan Diomande respectfully isn’t that, same with kvaratskhelia .
All roads lead to Barcola or Anthony Gordon.

English

@aroyagain All season my timeline has been littered with how he needs to be sold. One season wonder. Terrible when he’s played. Suddenly we lose and stats like this appear. Same is happening w/ Ø who has been well off it. People are calling for him to now come save us. Lunatics
English

Genuinely annoying how obvious problems like this only get highlighted when the team is losing, if we had won the cup final it would’ve been ‘just trust Arteta bro he knows what he’s doing’
DR Sports@drsportsmedia
Myles Lewis-Skelly has been benched in ELEVEN of Arsenal's last FOURTEEN games!! 😳 He's started just two games since January! 😬
English

@ceebadx All CB’s by trade. All getting majority minutes as full backs. White, Tomiyasu, Cala, Hincapie, and likely Mosquera all held full back roles because you cannot displace Gabi x Saliba. If you can’t play FB, you won’t last as a CB at Arsenal. Minutes are limited.
English

@ceebadx Kiwior had moments of excellence but was never going to be more than a back up CB. And as a young internationally capped player, you want to play. The difference between Mos, Cala & Hincap vs JK is all can, & successfully have, played full back. Kiwior provided nothing out wide.
English

@Rhys_Padan @ceebadx He starts for England. Tuchel plays way more attacking football. It’s a good mental reset. Get away in the sun with the boys. Regain confidence away from the pressured season this year. Like a fresh start. But tactics must change next season for us
English

@Rhys_Padan @ceebadx It’s not about physical rest. It’s mental. WC will be good for him. Tactics this season have been harsh on all forwards. Combine that + injury & constant niggles. Hasn’t had the chance to get any momentum. Head goes down. Start making silly mistakes, pressure, heads totally gone
English

I mean when saka's at his best he's clearly the best winger itl but let's just wait until he gets back to his best before we start saying it
Simi 🇵🇪@simiafc
Salah gone means we are the best RW in the league now #TalkSoon
