He needs to lose that absurd amount of fat on the treadmill. That way he can do legitimate planks etc.

Tonight’s workout was all body weight. Blessed to have the strength to move my body in its current form.

@wolverinefan313 @REALDonThomas That’s incorrect. Weights are the best for burning fat, bodyweight exercises are still better than walking on the treadmill or doing a form of cardio tho. Building muscle raises ur metabolism. Weights &BW continue to burn calories after ur done. Cardio doesn’t do that.

Tonight’s workout. I know nothing I do will ever satisfy people who hate. That’s fine. For those who genuinely care: I’m okay. I work out regularly, stay on top of my health (my metabolic numbers are normal), and see my doctor every quarter. I’ve faced challenges and gained some weight back, but I’m still lighter and far healthier than when I started. I won’t back down.
