I look at him and find no answer… What did he do to deserve this? Why is he deprived of his childhood and left to suffer like this? We are living through unbearable days… No medicine, no resources, and no ability to provide even the most basic needs for treatment. I am appealing to you from my heart… We are in urgent need of your support. Fathi needs treatment, he even needs something as simple as natural juice to help him recover. Is there anyone who would listen to a part of the anger inside me?
I feel a severe tightness that is almost killing me. Even the paper can no longer my anger and sadness. There is a war inside me that grows stronger every day. Every time I feel that I am getting better, I return to the same cycle and drown again.
I am truly exhausted. I wish I had died from the beginning, for staying alive is death itself. Every day I die, and I find no one to cry for me, so I cry for myself. Life has become an unbearable burden, and I can no longer endure it. I want to die today before tomorrow
