Please pray for my old dog, Pedro. He had a bad night again last night. Not much sleep around here. He's finally snoring and sleeping now. He has good days and bad days - probably more bad than good now. He can't even use the ramp to get into the truck anymore. He's really slowing down. I'm not even sure how old he actually is. He just wondered up to my house in the woods 10 years ago. He had about 500 ticks on him, almost no hair, and was extremely skinny and starving. He'd been on his own for a long time. He was almost unrecognizable as a dog. He has to be somewhere around 13-15 years old. Who knows. It's not one health issue in particular, the sad fact is, it's just old age. There's not much you can do about it and it's heartbreaking.
