More infrastructure like #renewables would be a huge prize but it mustn't come at the cost of judicial independence & environmental protection. @Keir_Starmer please don't be fooled by deregulatory gaslighting that says nature laws are red tape & access to justice is dispensable.

The #NutrientNeutrality amendment has been published. With these harmless-looking words, Government wants to disapply the #HabitatsRegulations to allow pollution without mitigation in England's most sensitive nature sites. Parliamentarians concerned about rivers, plz vote "no".

A brief timeline of voluntary approaches to planning. You could add so many more examples of failed voluntary approaches to this list. Relying on a voluntary approach for developers to pay for #NutrientNeutrality is doomed to fail. @luhc should withdraw its misguided plans.
