if i took a break from edtwt and went all in to gaining muscle would yall be mad at me ?! i want to actually gain muscle and get a little bit healthier for a while but then i would come back when i need to lean out

@razzykcal i believe it will be okay! you have a large support network, and i honestly think moving out of my family’s house helped me gain more independence. 🫶 step by step honestly first months were scary

@bedsux I live at home with my parents and brother and they all sort of chip in to help me. My gf is moving here this summer and will live nearby. One day when I move out of house she will help me with stuff, I will also help her she has level 1. I will hopefully be ok

As a higher support needs autistic person I still feel less “normal” than most of the autistic people I’ve met and it makes me feel more alone because not only am I developmentally behind NT folks, I’m behind other people who are also behind in their own right
