Plot Twist: I take a HS job and recruit every player from my Club Teams 👀

“If you hover over (your kids) all the time, and don’t let them work through problems (on their own) they’re going to have some issues”

HS COACH: If you play for our AAU team it’s a great way to transition to our HS program. PARENT: Ok Cool HS COACH: So actually we have 5 transfers coming in next year 😏

My Resume: 25+ Years in Coaching 🙏🏾

A parents decision to switch AAU teams, transfer, play another sport, allow your kid to skip, choose the team with “friends” etc etc these decisions can change their whole trajectory. Decide Wisely……that’s all I’m saying 🤔
