Well, tonight was my first night, and I followed their lobster ravioli recipe. Prob not the best place to start, but I did it and it was…fine? Like, edible? Which is an improvement. And I genuinely feel like I learned some basic stuff I can take forward. So yeah.

I didn’t grow up cooking, so I never really learned except super easy stuff I picked up over the years. But I decided this would ne the year I learned, so I’m doing a service that send you all the ingredients, and you just have to cook.

The one time I need Amazon Prime to get me something quickly so I can fix my flat tire, they’re now running hours late. Even after I paid extra. Like, c’mon bro. Why even offer me the option to pay extra for a faster delivery then?

Super cool morning as I found out Ford went cheap on my Escape’s lug nuts. Apparently they swell, meaning neither my tire wench nor sockets fit, so I can’t change my flat tire. Now I get to walk to the auto parts store.
