Good Morning. I have been running Design Inc. Solo since September. I started with the design subscription idea, but quickly changed to moved to custom pricing for each project and each situation. I like meeting with my clients and working together with them. Works for me.

I keep my physical desktop relatively clean. My digital desktop? A complete mess by design. I've got my Finder set to sort by date added, which makes it a great tool for quick access to anything transitory for whatever I'm working on.

@hemeon Sure, point being it’s all insanely expensive to maintain as a small business working with massive organizations. Because in addition to CC, it’s Figma, Sketch, and a host of other tools-de-jour that client teams are using.

Please let me know 😊 My first solo show is a collection of 10 works that are meditations of the human condition through the potent metaphor of the sea. Sept 20th Santa Monica, CA Gallery 33, Georgian Hotel My thoughts👇 I taught my kids when they were very young, no matter how BIG the waves, you can always swim under them to find safety in calm still water. That is the safe place - that is how you survive in massive waves and shore pound. But you have to remember to dive under. Beneath its surface, deep in its core, the sea holds a consistent calm. In observing the sea, we see ourselves. Its vastness parallels the endless landscape of our inner experiences. Sometimes, like our minds, the sea is turbulent, filled with crashing waves and storms. Other times, it's as still as a quiet morning thought. We have access to an underlying peace within us at all times. These paintings are a reminder to pause, to breathe, and to connect with that quiet space inside - despite what is happening in our lives. Life, much like the sea, is both tumultuous and serene. It’s our choice to dive deep, beneath the surface noise, to access the stillness that's always there. I would be honored to have you at this show - it will be up for 6 weeks in Santa Monica, CA at the Georgian Hotel in their gallery.
