Is My Crypto Funding (MCF) Withholding Trader Payouts? A complaint submitted on our platform a few days ago remains unresolved. 📍A trader submitted a formal complaint on our site against My Crypto Funding (MCF) a few days ago. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The trader has also shared other traders experiencing similar issues, which is what prompted us to cover this case publicly. We are not here to attack any firm. We are here to make sure traders have access to honest, documented information before making decisions with their money. 📍The Complaint: • The trader holds two funded $200,000 accounts with MCF, the maximum allocation, active since December 2025 • A payout of ~$10,825 was requested on January 31, 2026. It was not approved until February 26 and still had not been received as of mid-March • A second payout of ~$7,352 requested on February 20 remains pending and unapproved • After the payout requests were submitted, both original funded accounts were cancelled and replaced with new accounts restricted to 1% risk and 1:1 leverage, far more restrictive than what was advertised • MCF scheduled a compliance call, which the trader describes as a delay tactic. They then requested another compliance call for the second payout, despite the first already being completed • The trader was muted multiple times on MCF's Discord and had messages deleted when raising payout concerns 📍Other traders reporting the same: The trader shared messages from multiple other MCF traders reporting identical experiences, including payouts pending since January with no resolution, messages deleted on Discord, and a growing reluctance to speak out publicly out of fear of losing their own payouts. 📍The Terms and Conditions: Section 6.5 of MCF's Terms and Conditions is worth reading carefully. It prohibits traders from posting anything negative about MCF on social media, review platforms, Discord, Telegram, or any public forum. The consequences for doing so include: • Immediate account suspension • Payouts placed on hold • A penalty of 10% of the pending payout per hour for every hour a post remains online • These obligations apply even after a trader has left the platform When the complainant posted a Trustpilot review, MCF flagged it as defamatory. MCF emailed the trader threatening a 20% deduction from their pending payout and freezing both the account and the payout until the review was permanently deleted. A clause that penalises traders financially for leaving honest reviews, and uses withheld earnings as leverage to force removal, raises serious questions about fairness and enforceability. A question for @MyCryptoFunding: If a trader has genuinely earned their profits, passed all evaluations, and complied with all trading rules, what is the legitimate reason their payout remains unpaid weeks after approval? 📍Have you traded with My Crypto Funding? @GamesMasterFlex @MyCryptoFunding Answers on mails are purely for sandbagging - while answers took 3 to 4 business days to respond, they almost instantly mailed me and blocked me on their discord after posting a trustpilot review. Scam tactics 100%. They know damn well what they are doing.

@GamesMasterFlex @MyCryptoFunding Oh they have T&C to hide behind for sure. They'll make you wait endlessly and practically beg for your payout until you have no other option than publicly adressing them so they can bring up the T&C and deny you.

@trader1jin @LorenzoPellicc5 @MyCryptoFunding They saw that their attempt to delete my trustpilot review failed and they withdrew the initial settlement sending me a renewed one. I only agree on full payout and refund as i am still fully entitled to that. No trustworthy firm lets you wait for more than a month on a payout.
