He gave up on a play to yell at a ref who has no idea what happened

Very definition of the rule. Also, he then throws it away from him. Very easy call that was missed.

@UlovemyGyatt @TimmySmash16 You realize you dont need a stick to play defense, right? It's done all the time. Broken stick but cant make it to the bench for a new one. You get in the way, block the puck, deflect it, etc. You dont give up on the play to complain to the ref, leaving a wide open shot
