All they are doing is opening a new issue and asks me to wait for 24hours and then rejecting my refund. 5 times they rejected my refund. Both flipkart and sellers are playing with us.

We ordered Nikon DSLR camera and received just a camera bag instead of camera and other equipment. Called customer care for refund but refund was rejected without any reason. Called customer support multiple times but no resolution at all.

Atleast after looking at the proofs (pictures and videos) you should realise how much trauma you are giving to your loyal customer. I think going legally is the only way to solve this issue because you are not taking this seriously.

Worst customer support you are providing. Without any resolution the refund issue has been closed multiple times. I purchased 36k worth camera with single payment and all I received is a empty camera bag. Now these people are not refunding my amount.

Seriously... Again... My refund has been rejected without any reason. I provided unpacking video, pictures and ID proofs as well. This you do continously so that you expect customers to give up on this issue and our hard earned money is gone.

It’s ok to spend extra money for a quality product and peace of mind instead of buying from @flipkartsupport@Flipkart
