...issues with customs. The kit comes with multiple durable bags, brightly colored, and easily organized. I do recommend repackaging for your needs as some of the medications are bulky and awkwardly packaged, just make sure to keep the labels on the meds. It is a great product that I hope not to need often." -Phil in TX

Wild that we make people wait until they're miserably sick to get basic meds. The 'wait until you're sick' model is peak inefficiency in healthcare.

Friendly reminder that malaria prophylaxis is cheaper than hospital bills and way less annoying than ruining your dream trip. Get ready for your trip and get meds to bring for emergencies pre-travel doctor consultation free with every kit @DurationHealth

Nice review from @DurationHealth patient: "Did a 13 day backcountry hunting trip. Luckily we didn’t need our kit but the peace of mind it gave just having it was priceless." -Susan in Alaska

Imagine needing an inhaler during an asthma attack and hearing, "Sorry, you should’ve waited until you couldn’t breathe to come in." Welcome to healthcare.

Imagine if grocery stores made you wait until you ran out of food before letting you buy more. That's literally how we handle basic medications. Make it make sense.

Do you want to hope that healthcare will be available wherever you happen to be, or do you want healthcare that you own and control anywhere?

Since dexamethasone can mask symptoms and cause rebound symptoms when it is stopped, you must descend to a lower altitude and seek definitive medical care after starting dexamethasone, and only stop taking it under medical direction.
