If a dr feels fit to do locum & is turned down on this basis get a judge to decide in court. Risks costing the hospital a lot more if they find in drs favour

A worker earning 1£/hr, asking for 3£/hr is asking for a 300% pay uplift. But at the end of the day, ITS STILL 3£/hr. If we consider a 5% offer, an FY1 would go from making 14.09£/hr to a staggering 14.79£/hr. Don’t be fooled by their messaging. #JuniorDoctorsStrike
