the worst thing about living in a random european country is that there are barely any low cal food options so i just end up eating the same things over and over again

it has gotten to a point where i feel guilty no matter what i eat

if i maintain 400-600cals and 20k+ steps a day i can lose so much weight this summer… #tempting
