皆さん、下の「27.9%」の意味、わかります？ 選挙期間がチョー短かった今回の在外投票で、わざわざ日本から投票用紙を取り寄せてですよ、それをなんとか日本に送り返したのに、その票の「27.9%」は締切に間に合わなかったんですよ。 27.9%ですよ、2.79%じゃなくて。 4分の1以上間に合ってないのに。

あまり知られてないが、日本は水が豊富な国じゃない。世界平均くらいしか使える水はない。なのに豊富に見えるのは砺波平野疏水群に見られるような治水と水利の高い技術力によるのだが、水の絶対量が少ないと技術を駆使しても限界が見えてくるのはある。
