Update: My dad is in an induced coma and is heavily sedated. He's still able to breathe, but he had a lot of blood lost from his heart and not his brain from when he fell face first to the ground. All I can do right now is pray because I'm not ready to lose him.

@GregHolland83 @Mrgunsngear Flat nose bullets leave a larger wound cavity than round nose bullets. Also in shooting paper targets flat nose bullets make a cleaner hole kinda like a paper punch. Some semi auto handguns can have feeding issues with flat nose ammo.
