Water, electricity, and fuel have been cut off, and as a result, five children have tragically lost their lives due to the freezing cold and a lack of medicine and medical care. The residents of the city and the thousands of displaced Kurds who have sought refuge there are in a dire situation as food, bread, and fuel supplies are nearly exhausted. Unfortunately, the United States, European countries, international agencies, and human rights organizations remain silent regarding this terrorism by the Syrian regime.
