@JohnPork393340 @EtherionMaster I might be wrong, but I think Sukuna isn’t a curse. I think he was originally a sorcerer, but was so evil and powerful that he was declared “king of curses.” And he was reincarnated through Yuji.

Gege fumbled by not showing a Cursed Spirit that peak sorcerer level. We should've gotten atleast 1 that even the heavy hitters would struggle with

@beetle_persona @justice_Tyr22 Statue of limitations typically don’t apply to serious felonies, so they can be prosecuted no matter how long it has been. Although im not entirely sure, just usually what happens I believe

@justice_Tyr22 I mean what the statue of limitations on stealing a police vehicle? You might beat it via that. Although I doubt they’d be happy to see you driving it around.

@AJ_psykos2 You have no idea what scales with his fingers i’m crying. Even IF ce lvls scaled, Sukuna at 75% still has more ce than gojo, yet would suddenly have worse refinement?? jjk fans man

@AnimexTwts Bro, Tasumi is the main character of Akame Ga Kill. Just cuz he dies in the show doesn’t mean he isn’t the main character?

@hellflower26 @AddyyyOnChain @AnimexTwts Yuta had copied cursed speech when Rika hadn’t passed on, so she was strong enough to manifest cursed speech through sheer power, but after she passed he has to consume a part of the person to copy their techniques. So he either ate Inumakis arm, or sucked his dihhh at some point

This take on Geto and Gojo is way too spot-on, it's uncanny.

@Darthmanys @MrDeklys @thoka_2 @kennyrobinson77 @WhippedHybrids I can’t believe you’re being serious. Look at the OG tweet and the ones it’s replying too. Person claims HR and BV are not the same thing, OG tweet claims fans don’t understand JJK, so I’m saying the original person is right. So what exactly are you trying to say? Is BV = HR?

@Darthmanys @MrDeklys @thoka_2 @kennyrobinson77 @WhippedHybrids Dude, they function differently. Yes, the idea of a trade is involved in both, but a “binding pact” can involve 2 sorcerers and is an agreement made between them or with oneself. A “heavenly pact” is given randomly at birth. How is it this hard for you to understand

@bower1997 @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids they have different names because it’s a type of binding that’s made? something that i’ve said like 50 different times? the kanji for heavenly restriction contains “cursed pact” which is literally what bindings are?

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids HR = randomly assigned at birth and gives a boost to a specific skill at the cost of losing CE or limits the body. BV = a pact made by a sorcerer to gain advantage to a specific skill at the cost of something agreed upon, not specifically losing CE or damaging the body

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids “They are the exact same thing, but here’s how they are different.” If that’s the case, why name them differently? Why did Gege give them two different names? Why not just call them both binding vows? I mean seriously, if you can’t grasp that, you gotta learn how to read my man.

@bower1997 @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids you get a buff while an aspect of yourself is weakened like every other one made in the series, translation aside it is explained to be the exact same fucking thing as a binding other than it isn’t one that you make but one that is forced on you at birth

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids Even if you call it “binding contract” the technical ability doesn’t fucking change. You can cry about the translation, but it is objectively incorrect to say “binding contracts are the same as HR.”

@bower1997 @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids because bindings are you just restricting something in order to gain something, vow implies it’s a promise when they aren’t, they’re just contracts. “i tell you how my technique works to strengthen it” isn’t something you promise and it definitely isn’t one you can break

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids Not only do the translators agree on this wording, but a binding isn’t some definitive never breaking rule. The explanation of the technique literally says you can’t break a binding vow because it has consequences. And it is a promise, a promise to keep your end of the deal.

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids I see why you’re saying it’s just “binding.” most likely used “縛り” and took the direct translation from google. You know that the most trusted translators will call them vows, pacts, or promises right? Because they actually know the language and the nuances to speech.

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids Literally can’t find any where saying binding vow isn’t the correct translation. It’s pretty well accepted as the correct translation. Why would the translation be more beneficial as just “bindings.” Saying just “bindings” is vague and doesn’t offer a lot, hence the name vow

@bower1997 @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids that’s how i’m explaining it cause that is how mechamaru literally explains it, everytime a character says binding it gets translated as binding vow so what mechamaru MEANT was “heavenly restriction is different from bindings in that it is forced at birth and not self imposed”

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids Okay, you gotta be fucking with me. The tweet is in response to “HR aren’t binding vows” and the reply is saying how fans don’t understand JJK. So you’re saying that the reply was somehow in agreement with “HR aren’t binding vows.” Like tf

@HakarisupremaC @yoshxggy @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids That’s a fucking terrible explanation tho. Since from what we have seen in the story explains them as binding vows and heavenly restrictions which are obtained in different ways? U r coping with that mentality

@yoshxggy @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids In the story, binding vows are made by sorcerers to gain certain advantages. Mechamaru, didn’t make a vow, he was born with it. Meaning he didn’t choose to get that extra CE. He literally made Mahito heal him to fix his body, you think he made that deal purposefully?

@bower1997 @HakarisupremaC @erennyeagerrri @WhippedHybrids heavenly restriction ISNT different from a binding, it’s just a different type of one, the benefits and tradeoffs are still there like every other binding in the series (my body weak as shit but i got better range with cursed energy, my body strong as shit but i have none)
