So I didn’t mention this, but I think I may have tore my hamstring, getting MRI on Thursday so I will know. I hope I just sprained it or pulled it I worked out heavy weight upper and lower body on Friday and then decided to play intense full court basketball right after and about 25 minutes in, I sort of leaped for the ball abruptly to complete a steal and I rapidly shifted my body at a weird angle and felt a pop and immediate pain below my left butt cheek Anybody have any experience in this?

The trading community is extremely toxic. No one wants to see you win and everyone is a liar. 90% of the furus on here don’t even profit enough to pay their rent. They teach what they can’t do and flex watches and cars in your face so you believe them; because you’re desperate. Be patient and take your time, never rely on anyone for information or signals. It’s a very long and painful journey. But man, is it worth it.
