*Changes which need to be made moving forward*. - George Bailey needs to be sacked from his post with immediate effect. - Ron Mcdonald needs to be put on short notice as well. - If Mitchell Marsh cannot bowl and is only in the team as a 'specialist batter' he needs to be moved on for good. He is just an injury prone player and a waste of time now. - Marcus Stoinis, Glenn Maxwell and Tim David need to be moved on for good. - Cooper Connolly,Jos Inglis and Cameron Green should not be anywhere near the Australian Team in any format. They need to go back to domestic cricket prove themselves and earn their place back. - Salaries should be given performance based not on players who are seen as all formats or specific format players.
