This easy home exercise relieves the pressure around our hips and lower backs after a long seated day. You stretch the inner thigh on one side and strengthen your glutes and hamstrings on the other. Do this bridge daily to free your mid-body from its tension prison. - Day 1: Hold at the top for 30-60s/leg. - Day 2: 12 reps/leg. - Alternate Day 1 and Day 2 for 1-2 weeks, or use as needed. I witnessed this exercise melt away a client's stubborn stiffness today.
