@BurgerKing C'mon man! Ordered a Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper meal at the Sellersburg, IN location and got an impossible burger with lettuce, tomato and pickle. I know I'm a bit hefty, but I don't need BK to infer that! Fix my order my dudes
@BurgerKing just curious as to why I was able to order an item that 8 can't have & I can't get a refund for that item right now? I had to put in a support ticket and now wait up to 2 days for them to reply back and *hopefully* get a refund. Ridiculous. Think I'll go back to McDs
@BurgerKing I visited your Emeryville location at 10:50 AM and was told breakfast had already ended, even though breakfast menus were still displayed. The employee was also rude, and we ended up leaving without ordering. This was frustrating and misleading.

Transaction history on Royal Perks Rewards shows $4.38, leading me to believe the $0.55 discount was erroneously subtracted a second time by your system when calculating Crown Points.
@BurgerKing I think something is wrong with how transaction amounts are calculated in Royal Perks Rewards. My senior discount appears to have been deducted a second time.
