@dsimoodyscully Hi there! Can you reach out to our in-app support team on chat? One of our colleagues will help you with this! You can do it by going to Dashboard -> "?" bubble -> scroll down to see "Chat to us" -> type "Live agent" to skip Rita. They'll investigate this right away ☺️
