BYU Civil Engineering Students Samantha Lau, Max Barnes, and Christian Lundskog had the opportunity to be invited and compete at the ASCE National Blue Sky Competition. They proposed a new student competition idea to ASCE officials along with 7 other schools, and got 2nd overall

The American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) had their closing social last night with a presentation about the 150th Anniversary of the Golden Spike and the Transcontinental Railroad by Union Pacific. There will be lots of events in Utah in May!
