@EricGymFan If this is for what they can gain then maybe not as much but if it’s who had a great year that could influence recruiting Penn State should definitely be on this list

if team end of season performances/rankings are a factor in recruiting for the next class, I think the schools who have the most to gain this year compared to the last couple years would be Georgia, Minnesota, Cal, Rutgers Clemson UNC and Stanford

Making nationals is extremely difficult and that’s ok! Just because we are seeing more and more programs become stronger and get better recruits doesn’t mean that the historically stronger programs are “failing” unless you’re talking about an Auburn level situation

@c072133 Good to know! I will give them best away meet by a long shot! I haven’t watched as many non-Utah meets this season as I usually do. Scoring makes it not fun and Utah’s mediocre season has made me stressed out.

Excellent time to have your best meet of the season.

@SLCGymTalk The freshman class should have had this team scoring 198+ more often and probably ranked 4th this year, and for gymnasts like Glynn who should have been a 10 machine on VT and 9.925+ on UB / FX

If anything, I think it’s a silver lining in a way because now you have to do a hard reset as Utah

@Fibby1123 I watched all 3 meets and I actually have to say the scoring at this meet was the most general to them…. Shwartzmiller (?)’s 9.9 on floor, Moraw’s 9.875 on VT and Ava’s 9.9 on BB were more lenient than what we say during regular season, minus maybe some looser floor scores

So there’s this meet that saved lives….

We really get UCLA UGA Stanford AND Minnesota at Nationals

and then minnesota went 49.525 to clinch it as the 13th seed to break utah’s 49 year streak

That was my favorite gym meet of all time besides 2018 Super Six
