Spent last couple days watching & learning from some of the @redscatching coaches & catchers. Here’s a throwing drill progression they did on day 1: 1. Exchange w/ weight shift, 2. Exchange w/ leg lift, 3. Exchange & footwork, 4. Pick, exchange & footwork, 5. Live throw downs.
