UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) - Articles 2, 16, & 19: A 10-year-old minor is legally incompetent to defend himself, voice dissent, or consent to the public use of his image. By targeting a vulnerable child who lacks the legal and psychological capacity to self-defend, the perpetrator violates universal international law protecting children from discrimination, arbitrary interference with privacy, and mental violence.   2. Australia’s Online Safety Act 2021 (Statutory Liability for X Corp.): Under Australian federal law, hosting or failing to act upon targeted cyberbullying material directed at an individual child carries severe corporate liability.   3. International Hate Crime Laws & Anti-Discrimination Statutes: Inciting public malice, promoting ethnic superiority, and targeting a minor based on race and nationality is globally recognized as a criminal offense, completely unprotected by freedom of speech clauses.  GLOBAL COMPLICITY OF X CORP.:  Despite multiple formal user reports, X Corp. has actively refused to remove this content, allowing the targeted harassment and exploitation of a minor to remain live on its servers. By failing to intervene after explicit notification, X Corp. is no longer a passive intermediary; it is globally complicit in hosting, amplifying, and facilitating a racially motivated cyber-crime against a child. This systemic failure exposes X Corp. to international statutory penalties, civil litigation for severe psychological harm, and breach of duty of care.  IMMEDIATE DEMANDS:    TO X CORP: Cease and desist from hosting this illegal material. We demand the immediate global takedown of this post, all associated media, and the permanent suspension of account @AliG040803 to prevent further international legal exposure.    TO THE AUSTRALIAN AUTHORITIES: We urge the Australian Federal Police and the Attorney-General to enforce federal law, identify this individual operating on Australian networks, and initiate immediate prosecution for hate speech and child cyberbullying.  This matter will be escalated to international child advocacy groups, international cyber-compliance bodies, and mainstream media outlets until compliance is enforced.   @X @elonmusk
