How do you convince someone to invest into bitcoin other then real estate?

@TheBTCKnight Right! When my son was 16 he wanted to go into real estate with me, and I was happy to do it. Teach him some things along the way, but about a year later I was teaching him about dividends. He changed his tune. If a teenager educated in Alabama can come to that conclusion...
