@catinaflat Hi. Pity one can’t leave feedback for sitters who cancel a long held arrangement, at the last minute. Or sitters who say they will back to you, but don’t. Folk would get a much more accurate feel for your app which, at the minute, for me, is next to useless.

@catinaflat hello I can’t log into my account anymore. I’ve said there’s a forgotten password and it says use the email address I registered with, and then try to register and it says email is already in use. Help please or I won’t be able to use you again.😭

@catinaflat I agree but still doesnt change the fact that we spend time for it. Do you understand the fact that, that is total time waste for us?

@catinaflat I think you should introduce a ‘meeting visit’ feature. Sometimes cat owners back up after you made the visit to their home. This is so uncomfortable because you spend at least an hour visiting. If they are gonna back out afterwards I think they should pay for it.
