@WitherKing001 Now that I think about it, the disc is green and blue, the principal colors of the overworld, maybe "Otherside" is how the endermen call the overworld? So this is a disc made in the End that now is in a stronghold.

I think it's really funny how some people and even mods associate this disc and its name of "Otherside" to the Ancient City portal. Especially considering it was first added to the Stronghold loot table. You'd think it'd be more associated with the End portal. lol #Minecraft
