Yesterday, @cghcm participated in the inauguration of the new Administrative Building at Dak Plao Primary and Secondary School in Lam Dong Province which was constructed with support from Government of India as part of the Quick Impact Project (QIP) initiative. The project underscores Government of India’s commitment to bolstering education and community development across Vietnam. Đoàn cán bộ của Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh (HCMA) hôm nay đã hoàn thành chương trình đặc biệt kéo dài một tuần về Lãnh đạo và Quản lý trong khuôn khổ Chương trình Hợp tác Kỹ thuật và Kinh tế Ấn Độ (ITEC), được tổ chức tại Viện Quản lý Ấn Độ (IIM) Bodh Gaya danh tiếng. Chương trình đề cập các chủ đề đương đại như chuyển đổi số, tình hình địa chính trị hiện nay, quyền lực mềm, nguồn nhân lực, AI, cũng như Quan hệ Đối tác Chiến lược Toàn diện Ấn Độ – Việt Nam, thông qua các phiên thảo luận và tương tác. Chương trình cũng bao gồm các chuyến tham quan thực tế, trong đó có Đại học Nalanda, Bảo tàng Patna và Đền Mahabodhi - Di sản Thế giới UNESCO, qua đó gợi nhắc những mối liên kết di sản sâu sắc giữa 🇮🇳 và 🇻🇳. ~~~ A delegation from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) concluded the week-long, specialized Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation programme on Leadership & Management at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya, today. The programme covered contemporary topics like digital transformation, current geo-political situation, soft power, human capital, AI, and the India–Viet Nam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, through discussions and interactive sessions. The programme also featured field visits, including, to the Nalanda University, Patna Museum and UNESCO World Heritage Mahabodhi Temple, recalling the deep heritage links between 🇮🇳 and 🇻🇳.

@cghcm in collaboration with the General Sciences Library of HCMC, successfully organized ITEC Day 2026 on 26 March 2026. The event brought together ITEC alumni to reconnect and share their experiences. Yesterday, @cghcm met the leadership of Faculty of Oriental Studies - Japanese Studies at USSH, VNU-HCM to advance bilateral academic cooperation. If zero did not exist, the world today would likely look very different. Without zero, basic calculations would be extremely difficult. Algebra might not have developed as we know it, and many advances in science, technology, and finance would not have been possible. Even modern computers — which operate on the binary system of 0 and 1 — would not exist. In fact, the concept of zero was developed in ancient India. In 628 AD, the Indian mathematician Brahmagupta formally defined zero as a number and introduced rules for calculations involving zero — a revolutionary step in the history of mathematics. From India, the idea of zero spread to the Middle East and the Arab world, before reaching Europe and other parts of the globe, where it became a foundation of modern mathematics and science.
