In a period of two-months, Israel has gone from a great ally and partner in war, fighting by our side against a horrible enemy that has killed thousands of our people, killed tens of thousands of their own people, and was a dire nuclear threat intent on attacking us, to Israeli PM Netanyahu being a difficult person who should be thanking us for saving his country from Iran and should get our permission if he wants to defend his people from Hezbollah and Iran, and stand down when his country is attacked.   And just yesterday, Israel's PM avenged the execution of 5 American soldiers by taking out a Hezbollah commander/terrorist.  And only Israel has been killing Hezbollah leaders who murdered our Marines, soldiers, embassy staff, and more.  It seems to me a kind word is in order.  How does this make any sense?

Israel started massive bombing campaign against Lebanon as soon as a potential peace deal was announced. They’re never going to let us live in peace. They are never going to be satisfied. They’re insatiable fanatics, who want endless war because they think God promised that land to them 3,000 years ago. They’re the religious and nationalist fundamentalists we should have been warned about. That’s so fucking obvious. Just look at a map!! Are the Palestinians occupying the Israelis, or the other way around? Are the Lebanese invading Israel, or the other way around? You would have to be both blind and deeply stupid to not see the reality at this point. I’m furious at our national media. They all lied in unison for decades to trick us into supporting and funding the terrorists. I don’t know that I can ever forgive all the reporters in the national press, who lied to help the fascists, and called their victims “terrorists.” These sick people helped the actual terrorists brutalize the Palestinians for six decades, while actively hiding the truth from us.

BREAKING: Iran's Speaker of the Parliament Ghalibaf responds after Israel attacks Beirut, Lebanon, on the same day President Trump said a peace deal was coming. He says the Israeli attacks have "shown that America either lacks the will to fulfill its commitments or the ability to do so." "By giving the green light to the regime, you cannot gain concessions. The game of bad cop and good cop is outdated. If you lack the will and ability to fulfill your commitments, speaking of continuing the path is not possible," Ghalibaf says. The Iran Deal appears to be at risk again.

🇧🇷‼️🚨 WOMAN THROWN DOWN FROM BRIDGE - FORGOT ROPE This is probably the stupidest way to die. You pay the guys to throw you down the bridge … but they are sloppy and forgot the rope. You fall to your death. The tragic accident happened on Skeleton Bridge between Limeira and Cordeirópolis in the state of San Paolo. The rope jumping instructors simply forgot to tie the rope to the lady’s feet and threw her down from 40 meters height (130 feet). Sad, rip girl. On social media she wrote shortly before: "Who was the crazy guy who let me jump off a bridge???".

@joekent16jan19 Bro you don’t understand. They didn’t create israel to remove leverage when the time comes. On the contrary they will act as if against israel but keep providing their support. This war will not be stopping because they didn’t start it to stop it.

Step one in ensuring that any peace deal has a chance: restrain Israel. Right now, Israel’s ability to conduct consistent strikes into Iran is heavily dependent on U.S. assistance. As Israel’s own defense minister spells out below, Israel has different objectives than we do, and it’s clear they will not be inclined to adhere to a peace agreement. The stated intent runs wholly counter to U.S. objectives, yet Israel cannot sustain wars on multiple fronts without financial and military support from the U.S. Until they are able to do so, their actions will continue to interfere with our strategic goals and drag the U.S. into conflicts that don’t serve us. Make no mistake—this is a threat to sabotage our deal. But we can remove the leverage: Take away the military support we are providing Israel, immediately, to preserve the potential of ending this foolish war.

"This is the final farewell between P_alestinian prisoners and their loved ones moments before they are taken away forever. On March 30, 2026, thousands were condemned under “t*errorism” charges, a profound injustice. Nearly 11,000 lives—most of them young, now stand on the edge of silence. We live in a world where videos of lonely penguins and playful monkeys go viral in seconds… yet speaking about prisoners in P_alestine feels heavy, constrained, almost forbidden. And somewhere between our silence and our fear, their stories begin to fade…" ©aestheteofyoursoul

Trump is just buoying the markets 3-5% higher so that when he attacks Iran over the weekend the markets have a small cushion. That, and also because of the Spacex ipo on Friday. Its pretty pathetic.

Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia are launching a new International Peace Fund for Israelis and Palestinians. Canada is contributing $1.8 million over three years to support initiatives that foster dialogue, build trust, and strengthen civil society engagement. By investing in those working to bridge divides, we are helping lay the foundations for a lasting peace where Israelis and Palestinians can live in peace and security.

To those of you who did not trust Trump. The main office of IRGC has been hit hard. Many leaders dead. You are witnessing regime change. @m4h007 Iran and Israel both know this, hence the timing of this war. infact the whole world does. This war is a war for the next century. America imo will lose in either case, its too late to salvage. Israel wants to hasten it and use America’s remaining power for Pax Judaica.

Iran’s fundamental mistake is that it believes this war is not existential for the US. This war is existential for the so called American pact aka Pax Americana. The pact in which the US provided investments, military protection, and a very sophisticated financial infrastructure. In return, the other participants focused on what they could do best. The division of labor, and comparative advantage: China: high quality labor, GCC Arabs: cheap and reliable energy, etc. As part of the pact, any excess capital from these participants would get invested in US financial markets, primarily in the form US treasuries, but also venture capital (eg Saudi money in Softbank), and other instruments. This did two things: 1-Lower the cost of capital in the US. This meant lower interest rates, higher stock market, more money available for startups, lower housing costs, and many other things. 2-The invested capital served as a hostage, a guarantee of good behavior by those in the system, which supplied some level of stability to the pact. The US could theoretically seize or freeze the assets of any misbehaving participants. Parts of this pact have already been going away. China is not a US satellite state or even a partner. It is a competitor, building its own pact in the form of Belt and Road Initiative. It is also reducing its exposure to US treasuries and increasing its gold reserves. If the US loses its dominance over the Persian gulf, another part of this pact will break. The GCC Arab states have lost their protection, while still having a hostage in the US. That’s an incentive to reduce their exposure and diversify their assets out of the US. It will also send a signal to everyone else in US orbit that the military protection is not available anymore. As these orbit states reduce their exposure to US assets, the cost of capital in the US will rise: higher interest rates, lower stock market, higher home financing costs, fewer startups, etc. Furthermore, the US has $31T public debt, with average maturity of 5.9 years. As the interest rates rise, the cost of rolling over this debt is going to rise. Last but not least, there’s about $1.6T in additional debt that gets added every year, which will be paying higher interest. As the debt/GDP ratio rises, the feedback loop kicks in: the US has to pay a higher interest rate to keep the same investor. This is why the loss of the Persian Gulf is so significant for the US. I might write a later post about the effect of rates on debt financing.
