@EsplanadeAvenu1 @jaycansea @hamptonism that's not true, I have friends and family I'm close with but I simply prefer being alone, I am happiest in my own company. My best guess is that my autism makes me enjoy quiet isolated places more, everyone has different social needs, not everyone is extroverted.

@EsplanadeAvenu1 @jaycansea @hamptonism being overly social can also be a coping mechanism for loneliness, you can be alone and not feel lonely, I feel most lonely when I'm in social situations 😅

@hamptonism forced isolation is dangerous, being alone voluntarily is good for decompression and peace, I love being alone, I am naturally not a social person but I do go out sometimes obviously, I typically go out by myself as well, it's been great for my mental health.
