@IHGCorporate Indigo hotel Edinburgh York Place refused to tidy the bed , apparently because we left a nightdress on it. Quite ridiculous, no sign to indicate this. Have top level IHG status, I suspect our loyalty will revert back to Hilton.

@raffleshotels oops Pre Christmas afternoon tea, couldn’t finish the lovely cakes so delighted the last chocolate cake could be boxed. Got home to this, and they weren’t even ours!

@bt_uk my 87 year old housebound & registered blind mother phone line is down. BT engineer booked for last Wednesday and never turned up. Can’t get through to a human being, and app not helpful. How to I complain and expedite this.
