Voici une nouvelle victime de l’État-providence à la française. On lui vole son téléphone. Elle le localise, elle connaît le voleur, elle fournit tout. Réponse de l’administration : impossible d’agir, car il n’est pas « formellement prouvé » que c’est le sien. Il aurait fallu qu’elle y grave son nom au fer rouge ou qu’elle y glisse son ADN entre les circuits ? Pendant que les fonctionnaires scrutent leurs formulaires comme des oracles, le voleur profite tranquillement de son butin. L’État ne le poursuit pas : il le protège. C’est la France version kafkaïenne : tu te fais voler, tu fais toutes les démarches, et c’est toi qui deviens suspect. Le voleur repart libre, sourire aux lèvres, béni par l’incompétence administrative. On touche l’absurde absolu. L’État se veut justicier mais reste incapable de reconnaître un vol évident. Adresse, identité, localisation : rien ne suffit. Il manque toujours le papier officiel, tamponné, signé et validé par la bureaucratie. Conclusion : voler un téléphone n’est plus un délit. C’est juste une formalité mal remplie face à une machine trop bête pour trancher.
