Yes, that is what campaign money is meant for. Donated by the public. And now, i will advise @NigeriaNDCHQ not to spend much of their money in campaign rally because it does not translate to votes. Spend the larger sum of your money in paying polling unit agents. Get at least 10 agent per polling unit. Employ the bad guys of each community and pay them handsomely to be the polling unit agents. Polling unit agenting is a JOB and should be paid for.
