@sflomos Definitely it's something that could be done, as ERBB2 and other genes on the HER2 amplicon region are in the list of >8000 genes for pathway analysis!

Brilliant agnostic pipeline @chronchi ! I wonder if it can apply to HER2-low Breast Cancer as we begin to rethink the current binary paradigm of HER2 expression from negative or positive to also include intermediate levels of expression, given confirmed evidence of clinical utility.

Excited to share this design 🎨 that I did for Prof. Natalie Banerji, first author Priscila Cavassin @CavassinP and colleagues from @DCBPunibern! The work was published in Advanced Materials @AdvSciNews and looks at developing an organic electrochemical transistor based on a conjugated polymer film.
