Traders today an 8K came out for $NIXX with a very small private placement. They did this private placement at .67 a share and raised $1 Million. Now most will start false rumors its dilution blah blah. This is a strategic move that co do to either gain info , You have to remember a private placement like this could be for several positive things especially at the discounted rate . It could have went for expertise could have went for connections could have went for deals. Could also be used for scaling operations , acquiring a business. Trust me when I say this deal was for constructive purposes not for anything toxic like many are thinking. This is where experience comes in. Just look at the size of the placement 1 million dollars? Come on commonsense is warranted . This isn’t a desperation raise it’s a calculated amount for a specific purpose that will come out very soon . I will be waiting Monday for the knee jerk if it comes but I feel the knee jerk already happened and that was yesterday! If there is a knee jerk reaction Monday please use this to load!
