No one has that much time to test projects. Resumes get reviewed within 5-10 seconds. He didn't have most of them deployed...but he had valid reasons for that. And major question is that why particularly that tech stack. Or what problems did you face and how did you solve it? Why team/why solo? Or else how would you scale it etc...that tells a lot about thinking and skills. My main focus has always been curiosity, ability to figure out solutions more than knowing everything...even when I was interviewing candidates at my prev. job. All the best!

@iamvs2002 Slightly silly question, but did he include live project links in his resume, or only GitHub ? Also, when reviewing candidates, do you usually prefer testing projects yourself before shortlisting, or is the code/project description generally enough?
