@CindyBegel There is so much bad behavior going on that I’m starting to feel like the Guild should institute a Showrunner Code of Conduct. Yes, we get shat on by our corporate overlords, but we should not get shat on by each other.

Lower level writers tell me it's not uncommon now for SR's to add their names onto new writers or freelancer's scripts. Producers ALREADY paid to rewrite. That's the job. So producer shares payment, residuals, beef up pension. While lower level writer needs the $ more. Not ok!
