Skills are also now available inside the Excel and PowerPoint add-ins. When your team has a standard workflow (like for running a variance analysis or building a client deck), save it as a skill. Others within your organization can then run it in one click from their sidebar.

Claude for Excel and Claude for PowerPoint now sync together seamlessly. When you’ve got more than one file open, Claude shares the full context of your conversation between them. Pull data from spreadsheets, build out tables, and update a deck — without re-explaining a step.
