Elles se la coulent douce au sommet de l’UE alors qu’elles constituent de véritables dangers publics. Malgré leurs lourds passés judiciaires condamnation pénale pour négligence dans l’affaire Tapie pour Lagarde et multiples scandales de corruption, favoritisme, conflits d'intérêts et destruction de preuves pour von der Leyen, ces deux femmes ont connu une ascension fulgurante et inexplicable. Jamais elles n’auraient dû diriger l’Europe elles détruisent les nations les des 27 pays membres, d’autant que de nouvelles affaires de corruption, conflits d’intérêts et dissimulation de preuves continuent d’émerger. En décembre 2016, alors qu’elle dirigeait le FMI, Christine Lagarde a été condamnée pour négligence par la Cour de Justice de la République (tribunal spécial pour les ministres) dans l’affaire Tapie. En tant que ministre des Finances en 2008, elle avait autorisé une procédure d’arbitrage qui a abouti au versement de 404 millions d’euros de fonds publics à Bernard Tapie, sans contester suffisamment l’accord malgré des signaux d’alerte. La cour l’a reconnue coupable de négligence dans la gestion des deniers publics, mais lui a accordé une dispense totale de peine (aucune amende, aucune prison, aucun casier judiciaire), en tenant compte de son « contexte » et de sa réputation internationale. C’est bien une condamnation pénale, même avec dispense de peine. Ce qui est jugé anormal, c’est qu’à peine trois ans plus tard, en juillet 2019, elle a été nommée présidente de la BCE de manière ultra rapide dans le cadre d’un accord politique des chefs d’État européens, avec le soutien actif d’Angela Merkel et d’Ursula von der Leyen (nommée au même moment à la tête de la Commission européenne). Exactement le même cheminement fulgurant vers les plus hautes fonctions de l’UE qu’Ursula von der Leyen, qui, en tant que ministre allemande de la Défense, était au cœur de graves affaires de mauvaise gestion et de favoritisme (Berateraffäre : contrats irréguliers à des consultants pour des centaines de millions d’euros, favoritisme et suppression controversée de données pendant l’enquête parlementaire).
